In addition to the standard terms & conditions, the following apply to all Golf Day & Golf Break Bookings:
Rather than causing embarrassment to you and your guests on the day, could you please ensure that all players are aware of the following standards of dress and etiquette.
By signing the booking confirmation form, you are acknowledging that you and all your party agree to abide by the rules.
Anyone not adhering to them will be asked to leave the course or clubhouse.
ETIQUETTE
In consideration of all golfers, visitors are reminded that players should be knowledgeable in the rules and etiquette of golf. The average golf round should take 4 hours. Slow players are requested to allow other golfers through to ensure that speed of play is maintained at all times.
OUT OF BOUNDS
Under no circumstances are players allowed to retrieve balls from the fields bordering the course.
STANDARDS OF DRESS
On the course:
Strictly no denim. Only golf shoes are permitted on the golf course, trainers or street shoes are not acceptable. No un-collared T-shirts. Trousers or shorts must be tailored. White sport socks must be worn with shorts. Sweatshirts or tops with advertising slogans are not allowed. Trousers must not be tucked into socks.
In the Clubhouse:
Strictly no denim. Jacket & tie are not necessary in the bar. However, smart dress is expected. Dress standards are as ‘on the course’ with the exception of shoes. Street shoes must be worn in the bar - golf shoes are not allowed.
