Gin and cocktails hit Ullesthorpe Court Hotel

My name is Danny and I am the new bars manager here at the Court.  Coming from a very busy bars background, where I did just about every drink you could possibly think of, I wanted to put my stamp on the experience for the guest.

As everyone will probably know Gin has boomed in the UK and we now have that many it’s hard to keep up. At Ullesthorpe Court we now have a wide variety of Gin. We have some well-known varieties, such as Gordon’s, to more specialised bottles and flavours such as Gin Mare and Slingsby Rhubarb Gin. These pared with our variety of Fevertree tonics (Original, Low Calorie, Lemon, Elderflower and Aromatic) make for a refreshing and tasty drink.

To complement the great stock of gins we have invested in some beautiful tall gin bowl glasses, stirrers and straws. I have also made sure we have all the right fruits and condiments to with the relevant gins.  

Coming soon is our new seasonal cocktail menu for Lincolns Bar and our new cocktail menu for the Function Bars. This has been weeks in the making and tasting, part of the job obviously, so now we have something that we can offer every guests taste whether they want something fruity or something more traditional.
