Our hotel is situated in the tranquil Leicestershire countryside yet is only 10 minutes away from the Midlands' busy motorway network (the M1 and M69) linking Rugby, Coventry and of course Leicester. Unlike many Leicester city-centre conference venues we have ample free parking for all your delegates and tranquil surrounds for them to enjoy. We can of course accommodate any delegates that wish to stay over on the evening of the event – an important consideration if you’re organising a team-building event. We also offer special delegate packages to make booking even more simple.

For business meetings we have four well appointed conference rooms for you to choose from - we can cater for small meetings of 2-10 delegates or larger meetings of 30 U-Shape or 80 Theatre style. Each room provides comfortable air-conditioned facilities and our friendly and professional team of staff are on hand to ensure that your conference or meeting is a success.

With us you don’t need to worry about extra or hidden cost for equipment hire as all usual equipment is included within the rate such as projector, screen, flip chart, and stationary. We have some fantastic packages for delegates to include food and beverages. If you are just looking for room hire we can always discuss the option of providing a light lunch with complimentary tea and coffee or invite you to eat in the bar where there is always a great menu available. Any delegates staying for 24 hours will have full access to the swimming pool and leisure club.
